My name is Darren Iwamoto and I am from Honolulu, HI. I am very fortunate to be an assistant professor of psychology at Chaminade University of Honolulu.  In addition to teaching, advising, and participating in research, I am also a licensed mental health counselor.  

My interests are focused on improving academic performance, increasing social-emotional competency, and decreasing the debilitating symptoms of chronic anxiety.
